There is a proposal to build a cement factory in the Uzumlu area and anyone wishing to buy property in Uzumlu would need to check prior to viewing the location whether the planning permission is likely to be granted.  At the current time, there is great local opposition to the factory and we are hopeful, that building permission will not be granted
